We train on the Nepean River. Our canoes are located at The Nepean Rowing Club. The Men & Women train together. Our Juniors also train with the Men & Women

October to April (During Daylight Savings Time) Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6.00pm (Sprints & Fitness Session) Saturday Afternoons @ 3.00pm (Newbies/Technique Session) Saturday Afternoons @ 4.00pm (Marathon Session)
April to October (Off-Season) Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 5.30pm (Sprints & Fitness Session) Saturday Afternoons @ 2.00pm (Newbies/Technique Session) Saturday Afternoons @ 3.00pm (Marathon Session) (please note that the training times may vary due to weather conditions & temperature)
